A jury on Thursday found six defendants not guilty on all charges they were facing in connection with Inauguration Day protests in Washington, DC, multiple sources reported.

This was the first trial for the nearly 200 defendants still facing charges in connection with anti-Trump demonstrations on Jan. 20 that turned violent.

The verdict is a victory not only for the six defendants and their lawyers, but for other defense attorneys, anti-Trump activists, and free speech advocates who had criticized the mass arrests and prosecution as examples of government overreach and who worried the case signaled a new era of criminalizing political dissent.

More trials for other defendants are scheduled for December and throughout 2018. A question going forward will be if the acquittal prompts the government to drop any cases or if prosecutors will press ahead as planned.
In a statement, however, the US Attorney's Office suggested it planned to move forward with the remaining pending charges against other defendants.

Vonn said she was “exceptionally happy” with her performance, and proved that the hateful attacks did nothing to dissuade or diminish her.
“My goal now is to continue to take this self-confidence and this momentum through to February,” she declared.

This shortens the timeline if there IS ever found to be actual interference w/ the vote results. At 5:01pm Vlasto reports to Bossie the numbers are very bad for Trump in the battleground states. At 10:39pm Trump wins OH; 10:53pm he wins FL

If Trump was down 5 -8 points in 8 battleground states based on exit polls at 5 pm, um, how did he win?

ABC reprimands producer for giving data to Trump campaign

ABC News said it has reprimanded its top producer for investigative reporting for giving Donald Trump’s presidential campaign proprietary exit polling data on election night 2016.

In their new book “Let Trump Be Trump,” campaign insiders Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie wrote that Chris Vlasto -- then-executive producer of “Good Morning America” and now senior executive producer for investigative reporting -- called Bossie, Trump’s deputy campaign manager, at 5:01 p.m. on election night with information being shared within a consortium of the Associated Press and the major TV networks.


"Vlasto had the early exit numbers that the consortium of news networks — the Associated Press, ABC News, CBS News, CNN, Fox News, and NBC News — had collected,” Lewandowski and Bossie wrote. “The consortium followed eleven battleground states, including Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Trump was down in eight of the eleven states by five to eight points. The news was devastating. A kill shot.”

Two sources familiar with the consortium process told POLITICO that Vlasto should not have been providing such detailed information to people outside the group, which spends millions of dollars on exit polling and shares the information on Election Day.

3 interesting facts abou Mueller's Deutsch Bank subpoena

This is huge for 2 reasons:

- Deutsch Bank paid DOJ settlement for involvement in $10b Russian money laundering scheme

- Kushner took $285m loan from them right before election.

- Wilbur Ross, our Sec of Commerce was fired from Deutsch Bank for money laundering. He then moved to Cyprus Bank where he continued laundering for Russian involved in real estate deals including some with the Trump org.
Wilbur’s payback was a Cabinet position.

The Senate Intel Republicans blocking Deutsch financials on Trump today, is telling.
They are sworn to protect the big bomb that completes a RICO charge, (Mueller's already got that) , and their refusal now equals Obstruction on their part.
They should all fall like dominos in the end.
