Pa-14 Congressional Race

This will be under the new slightly deGerrymandered map. This district is South of Pittsburgh, and went for Trump by 27 points. By comparison, the old 18th district, recently won by Connor Lamb, went for Trump by 20 I think so we are talking Lower Dumfukistan. I think that none of the Republican candidates and only two of the four Democrats actually live in the district. Apparently under Pa. law you don’t have to!

The Pa-18 Special Election is over

And I live in the new 14th. So far, none of the declared candidates on either side even live here. I don’t think that under Pa. law there is a requirement to actually live in the district to represent it but it looks bad.
Dr. Bob Soloman, an ER physician, is seeking the Democratic nomination. That walruslike toupee wearing tool Saccone has announced he will run. Ugh.

Any Conor Lamb types out there? Note that this place is like Mississippi with less charm and worse weather. It’s a terrible place for a Democrat to run. This district is even more Repuke than the Pa-18. Saccone consumed $12 million or more and lost so he may have trouble raising money.

And here’s one you could not make up. The woman who was involved with Tim Murphy’s caucus, so to speak, (Murph’s resignation made the whole Conor Lamb scenario possible), is running for Congress.

Do these people have not a shred of shame?

Now the Repukes are saying that Saccone lost because of his “Porn Star” mustache. Yep, he is often mistaken on the street for Harry Reems, I’m sure.

Seriously, I don’t think Saccone looks healthy. He is pasty and puffy looking, with that obvious toupee. I had a neighbor who looked like that one day (minus the toupee) and turned out he was having a heart attack and the next time I saw him a day later he was deceased.

Candidates, please work out some and don’t look like Saccone.
