MF45 was experiencing physical symptoms that could be attributed to a heart attack.

His doc was summoned and examined him, probably did an EKG, and was unable to determine if he was having a heart attack. The EKG may have been abnormal. We already know he has heart disease.

Hence the decision to get him to Walter Reed where they could do bloodwork to check for enzymes that are elevated when having a heart attack, and if needed, diagnostic tests and treatment not available at the WH.

If he suffered a heart attack, he'd be in the hospital.

Most likely it was angina, which is a symptom of heart disease.
