I believe VP Biden knows what President of the United States of America means..., where trump does not.

A True Leader
A true leader is someone whose men and women they a duty to protect and are in charge of, would look up to for a path or direction of their leader that they will take.
A true leader who plans the path or direction THEY will LEAD. Someone who cares for their responsibilities.
A true leader who will take the hard choices.
A true leader who will accept loses and learn from them.
A true leader is truthful in what is asked.
A true leader who does not comment on sensitive information.

A weak leader will not have their responsibility follow or give all their best.
A weak leader will fail in giving direction and utter confusion.
A weak leader avoid hard choices if it is of their best interests.
A weak leader will ignore loses and place the blame onto others.
A weak leader will utter untruths no matter how small it maybe.
A weak leader will give information in their best interests, rather than what maybe best for those they serve.
Folks.... this my idea of leadership.....
Look at your governors, local leaders.... yes I was listing Trump.... but many of his sheep are just as bad.

The US Constitution does gives us the right to assemble peaceful, but also gives us the right not to be forced to assemble. If Republicans want to assemble, let them. I do not associate with them anyhow! If those Repubs come down with our true enemy, C19, they will learn it was not a hoax and the truth how many ventilators are out there.
What needs to happen is this! LOCK THE NATION DOWN for three weeks.
Police would only be out, mail carriers only be out only to deliver the medicine and medical and pharmacy workers be holed up at their work locations. All other ... shut down, including restaurants and food stores. We are at war with an invisible enemy and this should protect us!
