So... the real Patriots need to stand up whether by subpoena or maybe just backbone motivating them to bravely come forward. Robert S. Mueller, James "Mad Dog" Mattis, James Comey, all GOP former officials that had inside knowledge and were either ignored or put under the bus? The nation needs you. Now. Call Pelosi, Schiff , Schumer, Waters, etc. whoever is most convenient, or you have a personal connection with. I'm sure they will accept your call. Agree to discuss under-oath testimony.
Or just ignore the U.S. going down the toilet due to lack of real patriotism, and pretend we're not under attack from Russia and the White House.

Orange Julius, dictator wanna be is totally thumbing his nose at the rule of law. So, now that he has his Roy Cohn/ Michael Cohen fixers in place, does the U.S. have the ability to enforce the rule of law? Barr being confirmed as AG and overseeing the DOJ, and GOP control of the Senate, that it is up to the true patriots in the House to file contempt (criminal) charges and hold prosecutorial hearings. Average Americans have very little ability to impact much at this point other than encouraging members of Congress to hold hearings and impeach and staging massive protests. I am truly concerned that it may become violent and I really, really don't want to go there. But what makes us immune to that? After all, we have been here before. As Franklin said when questioned about what kind of government had been founded: "A republic, if you can keep it."

The lack of slack for anyone who is in your way, not going fast enough, of other ethnicity, etc. is markedly more obvious than even a few years ago. If I were to go back further in time, the difference is even more pronounced. I remember when people largely obeyed traffic laws and wouldn't think of being uncivil in public (or private). They were also welcoming of persons of other faiths and colors.
Fox news viewers, Limbaugh/ Hannity/ Ingraham listeners will blame Obama and "democrat libruls", while others (like myself) will blame Trump for his rhetoric. So what do we do with that? The 24/7 bashing of anything "librul" on AM radio in the heartland, and Armed Services radio has taken a toll. It's largely all they get. Their side will argue the liberal media is equally biased, now even just "Fake News", and in defiance, go even to even more extreme (InfoWars, Brietbart, Q-Anon, etc.,) much of which is total misinformation and conspiracy-theories.
I am pretty well (and sadly) convinced that we are well into the divide that cannot be bridged. I just do not see how you fix this.

Does anyone have a clue as to what this security clearance cheat, criminal spawn snot is doing? The embassy personnel were not allowed in the discussions with "Bone Saw" MBS. How the hell is this even happening with no accountability?

Of the 40 million followers, how many will be willing to take up arms and protect him? He has galvanized that base, and they are armed to the teeth. Remember when the black men (Obama/ Holder) were going to take their guns? They stocked up, big time on that BS, NRA-promoted, rally cry of 2nd Amendment "infringement." You couldn't buy ammo because it was already sold out in certain types/ calibers for a period of years. As the pressure continues to mount, he has no choice but to unleash these followers. If he doesn't, he knows he is destined for prison, and therefore has nothing to lose and will use coded (thank you Michael Cohen who expressed this perfectly) calls for violence.
