With more than 2 parties there is a strong chance

that no one will get 50% of the electoral votes or if we have changed to a popular vote the same then The House picks the winner from the top 3 vote-getters with each state getting one vote. The Senate picks the vice-president with the same rules. We could end up with the president and the vice-president being from different parties. If the president is not picked by January 20 the Speaker of the House is acting president until a president is picked or until the next election in 4 years. I imagine that if the vice-president is picked but not the president the vice-president becomes the president and he or she asks Congress to vote on his or her recommendation for vice-president. There isn't a run-off or a new election. Which means the citizens of the country do not get to chose.

Trump already has his followers. The more powerful he gets the more White people will begin to follow him. White people who think they are Christians will do what the White Christians in Germany did. They think that a dictator will only go after the people of color, the homosexuals and the Jews and that will make the White peoples lives better. Many if not most White people in this country are no different than the White people in Germany were. Trump already controls Congress. In an earlier post for a different article, I wrote that there is a 50-50 chance of a dictatorship. If he takes control of The Supreme Court and by that, I don't mean filling the court with his people but refusing to follow what The Supreme Court says I raise that to a minimum 70-30 that this country will no longer be a Constitutional Democratic Republic.

I am against Medicare for all since there will be a deductible and a co-pay.

I don't have a dog in this hunt, I am 100% service-connected disabled and do not pay for healthcare with no maximum. My wife is covered by Medicare and CHAMPVA which is free. The only way I would be for Medicare for all would be that Medicare would cover 100% of all medical with a small deductible and a monthly fee dependent on income. If a person wanted to buy healthcare insurance besides this that would be up to them. No one would have to be insured by the place they work. This is what I feel is the right way to go. I do not have any education that would allow me to make suggestions on how this would be paid for.

So change the Constitution.

I imagine there would be fewer murders without guns but there would still be murders. Human nature. And if they were not sold people would make them. I could and did make zip guns before the age of 12. Bullets are not easy to make but not impossible. What about people who hunt for food? Then there are military weapons which will always be easy to buy on the black market.
