I have vascular dementia.
Once every couple of months I have a mini-stroke. I know when I have one because I have trouble forming sentences and finding the right words. It usually lasts from half an hour to 2 hours. It isn't every time I speak. I don't know what form of dementia he has, but it is much worse than mine. I do have to say that even when having a mini-stroke or a TIA I can still function. Only testing would find out if he can function as president and that won't happen because it would take Pence and the 25th Amendment.

In fact, people in all countries should demonstrate in front of the American embassies in their countries. Unfortunately, it isn't only in America that horrendous things are happening to people. Too many people are dying because of the actions or inactions of their governments.
Antifa may be called a movement but is made up of so may different political ideals
and each group uses different means from peaceful to violent that it is useless to say you are for them or against them without explaining what they do that makes you for or against them. Some of the groups that use peaceful means I am for. Groups that use violence, that is groups that will attack people without being attacked especially groups that don't even know if the people they are attacking are their enemy I am against. These groups are playing right into the hands of the groups that hate. Why can't people understand that the Antifa movement has members that are really right-wing and are using the Antifa to show people that the liberals and left-wing are actually the violent people and the movement needs to be put down.

I visited my aunt every week in a nursing home. When parents started to forget that the person talking to them was a son or a daughter that is the look I saw on their faces. I will never forget the day I sat next to my aunt and started talking to her. After a few minutes, she looked at me and said: "Who are you?". I imagine that was the look on my face.
