Vaccination Mandates Do Not Violate Religious Freedom

And they're not government overreach or intrusion, not since the Supreme Court said so in 1905.

I want this thing to be over, and vaccinations are one of the quickest and most effective routes to it. People are getting frustrated with restrictions and they need to start turning that frustration into votes against Republicans who keep insisting that this somehow violates their rights. It violates my right to not have to be exposed.

To CNN: Go back to real journalism instead of being a tabloid, the Democrats didn't get shellacked

That's a home decorating term anyway, not a journalistic one.

I'm not even going to link to CNN's page. It was one of the most pitiful jobs of sensationalizing something that wasn't worth it. As far as they're concerned, Trump is ready to be "reinstated" on January 20, now that the Democrats have lost all hope.

Democrats lost statewide elections in Virginia, by the narrowest of margins. They gained about six points over their performance in a heavily Republican Ohio congressional race and won the other one. Was there a mayor of a major city elected last night who was not a Democrat? And in a Florida congressional seat runoff, Democrats outpolled Republicans 4 to I in the total vote.

And no, Joe Manchin, the Virginia vote does not validate your concerns, it validates complaints about your obstructionism. If that reconciliation had passed, McAuliffe would be Governor-elect. Hunker down, Senator, with your buddy Sinema. The party is going to call your bluff. I watched you when you stood by the miner's families when the Sago mine disaster occurred, that's why, in spite of your Democratic affiliation, they elected and re-elected you. You need to go to those same families now and ask them what they want to see happen in Washington. Let them tell you how to vote, which isn't as much of a novelty as it might seem. I'm betting they'd tell you to put a trillion and a half back in and be the first one in line to vote yes.

The Democratic party just got an awful lot of answers and solutions to problems that were shaping up to make for another bad night in November 2022.
First, don't look at CNN's political web page today. They're not getting it right.

"Let this fact sink in for just a moment. Critical Race Theory/Intersectionality is not being taught in Virginia's public school system. But a Republican candidate for governor succeeded in making it the key centerpiece issue of his campaign and when the analysis is complete, it will turn out to be the tipping point in the election."

We have to stop assuming that everyone sees what we see and figure out how to fire up the base and undermine the cultural and social narrative the other side is using effectively. It's a false front without substance and it will come down if it gets hit hard enough.
