How will the Treasury distribute all of the aid checks

And the SBA checks to business along with processing tax returns etc all while DC has a stay at home order?

Trump organization requests financial relief

Keep an eye on this one because each of his golf clubs are funded by membership dues plus all hotels and resorts in the United States will fit into the SBA Loan assistance program like the rest of America’s small business will have to deal with. All businesses off shore, well he needs to see Putin about aid for those.

Trump: "the free market is a wonderful thing"

He said that immediately after telling the press that he would be helping the oil and gas industry.
He is promising them a bailout and they pay no taxes and they benefit from the Middle East wars while it cost taxpayers to invade the countries that they want oil from.
What the fuck happened to all of that $5 a gallon cash that they made from 2003 to 2008?
A Free Market economy is a fairytale

Russian plane heads to US with supplies for COVID-19 fight

I don’t understand what the fudge is going on here.
Each day at 5:00 we are making Millions of test kits each week, hundreds thousands of mask each week, ventilators not made by ventilator companies but by by auto makers, 15 thousand each day. Each state has more than enough and we are shipping supplies all over the world!
Yet the States are pleading for supplies, hospitals beds, and refrigerators for bodies. States are bidding with the Federal government for procurement of supplies and no ne has enough.
I understand that Trump can’t be believed, but half of the population believes each word that he says. He must be called out on each lie the moment that he tells it. Now the professionals are adjusting their message for “best case scenario” instead of the reality. That doesn’t help anyone.
This isn't about votes anymore, it is about lives.

Think of Trump as a bus driver and He wrecks the bus with passengers

And say 30% of the passengers are injured and 4% are killed in the crash. Trumps response is “ just think what kind of damaged would have been done if I had not put on the brakes, it would have been a blood bath”
How is that scenario different than his press conference statements today?

How painful it must be for Trump to complement ....

Gavin Newsom, or Jay Inslee in today’s press conference . Sure his purpose to elevating them is to make Andy Cuomo look bad and all of it could be reversed tomorrow but we now have lie #22,853 on tape to use for a highlight reel footage.

Trump says Putin to 'probably ask' for sanctions lifting

I had thought that Putin should be getting nervous about Trumps re-election chances and push for sanctions lifted before the election.
Putin must be seeing poll numbers that are higher against Trump and he likely change/steal that many votes.

Trumps scoreboard mentality- he is losing

Today he held a pep rally lowering the bar for victory at somewhere below 200,000 deaths.
So he blew his first call when we had one confirmed case of corona virus, “it is contained”
Next blown move was a couple of days later when it was “15 which would be near zero in a couple of days”
He was told today to expect 100,000 to 200,000. So he chooses 200k as the bar which is obviously a loss, but if he beats 200k then he has covered the spread...
so he asked the worlds greatest experts what would it have been if he had not acted at all and the response was 2.2 million deaths.....which is like saying “yes I lost but at least I showed up and did better than Hillary could have”
This will just be starting to die down in July, And likely safe to get out the Vote in November.
He has been entirely too lucky, but I can’t see him pulling this one out....even if fish tank clearer starts working

Lieutenant General Todd T. Semonite - On with Rachel

That is how a crisis leader behaves. Bull by the horns, ‘get out of my way’ proactive getting it done.
