Physical therapy
So, after covid, the aches and pains seemed to be more nasty and I had trouble walking (actually a back problem) so I started physical therapy. Nice to break a sweat as I have not been able to get some decent exercise since, and my old ticker needs exercise! Still trying my morning walk, not getting far but I won't stop trying

This smirking bullshit by Jake Tapper and CNN is ludicrous. Seriously some of the dumbest shit in the history of American news. Tapper and CNN should be embarrassed. My God what holy bullshit.

My Covid blues
A few years ago I posted an emotional message about my dear sister who succumbed to Covid, and I've kind of been in fear since then, both for myself and the people I care about. Well, I finally got my turn with the damn nightmare end of last month. Scratchy throat and a cough turned into a 101 degree fever (my boss had a 104 degree fever, so I shouldn't complain, heh), headache, aches and pains. My doctor was quick with the Paxlovid so some of my symptoms diminished after just a few days.
But the aches and pains-man, now I understand when people complain about pain and pain management. Most days I wake up and as the day begins I feel like a truck hit me. It slightly gets better throughout the day, and by early evening I'm not swearing anymore, lol.
A cursory look at the internet tells me that it could be arthritis (with the pain gradually getting better during the day)-I have a neck and back with bone spurs, slight narrowing, that's been causing problems the last few years. But man, now it feels like it's in overdrive.
So, along with this, I went to the lung doc, as my sleep apnea has had me waking up a few times a night-and with a new CPAP machine! So a chest x-ray is coming, and I'm going for physical therapy soon.
My question is-from what I can see, this may be a post-Covid thing? Have any of you experienced this pain after testing negative?
'Renowned' NYC Cancer Doctor Kills Her Infant and Herself
Postpartum depression?
https://news.yahoo.com/nyc-cancer-doctor-kills-her-014740566.html
A prominent New York City cancer doctor shot her young child before turning the gun on herself, police said Saturday.
Few details were immediately provided by investigators probing the deaths of Dr. Krystal Cascetta, 40, and her infant. The New York State Police said in a press release that the scene at the familys home in Westchester County was consistent with a murder/suicide.
A preliminary investigation had revealed that Cascetta, whom state police characterized as a renowned oncologist at Mount Sinai, entered her babys room at around 7 a.m. on Saturday. The doctor shot the child before shooting herself, state police said.
On Sunday, law enforcement sources told the Westchester Journal News/Lohud that the baby was a girl and Cascettas only child. An online gift registry found by the newspaper appeared to indicate that the infant had been approximately four and a half months old.

Question about Trump request for 3 day extension
Does the DOJ have a say-object, agree, etc.-or does the judge make that decision on her own?
My feelings about the media
Don't be stenographers, ask tough, pertinent questions-to all sides.
If anyone has seen a BBC interviewer with a politician, you know what I mean.
