He's literally pardoning the worst of the worst

There are so many people in our prison system that deserve a pardon.

But Trump is using his pardon power to literally let the biggest scums of society out.

I always think we should all be out in the streets about this guy, but it is literally true right now. Trump needs to be stopped. He needs to be 25th amendmented out of office.

By the time November comes around, how much more damage can he do?

Do people actually believe that M4A can be implemented via "emergency powers"?

The following was actually on a twitter post I read (name removed):

"I think starting with a strong hand and browbeating senators who refuse to play ball is the handbook for how this government has operated for its entire history, I also think that "emergency powers" at this point pretty much allow the president to do whatever he likes/healthcare"

Please tell me people don't actually believe a President could get M4A implemented via executive fiat?

Nominating Bloomberg OR Sanders will fracture the party

Which is why we need to settle on a unity candidate.

Amy, Liz, Joe, or Pete.

I prefer the first two.... because women make up 53% of the electorate and it is about damn time we had a woman President.

My memories of the 1992 race

At this point in the race in 1992, I was convinced that Paul Tsongas was going to be our nominee (He did the best in the first contests), and that Bush would cruise to a second term.

Ross Perot hadn’t even emerged yet and Bill Clinton was on his way to losing the first 6 contests before Georgia boosted him.

I know the media wants to wrap things up early... but that isn’t going to happen.

And a brokered convention isn’t the worst thing in the world. Would certainly get people to tune into the convention in record numbers.

It is likely Sanders comes in first in NV

He’s laid down the foundation there for 3 years.

The key will be how many others clear the 15% hurdle.

A muddled delegate race in which Sanders gets 25%, and three others are between 15% and 24% would be the third straight race where Bernie’s lofty poll numbers of 30%+ fell to 25% in the final 48 hours.

That would likely boost Biden’s claim as the “comeback kid” and lead to a Biden win in SC.

Despite what the Bernie folks say about IA and NH, Bernie’s final vote share in both places dramatically dropped from the final polls in both states. In Iowa, Buttigieg surged in the final 48 hours and in NH Klobuchar surged in the final 48 hours. In both places, Bernie was at 30% in final polls and had 6-8% leads evaporate.

If Joe, Amy, Pete, or Liz surge in the final hours in NV to cut Bernie’s win from 8-9% to 1-2% again... that would bode well. Bernie hasn’t shown himself to be a good “closer” in the first contests.

I believe Joe will win SC comfortably... and we will go into Super Tuesday with 5 candidates with at least 15-20 delegates. The narrative will be that Bernie’s momentum has fizzled and that it is anybody’s race.

Democrats WILL unite behind the nominee at the convention, and here's why

Because on Wednesday night at the Democratic convention, the last REAL President this nation has had will take the stage - and through the power of his legendary oratory skills, he will get the entire arena in Milwaukee rocking.

And by the end of his speech - Democrats will be united behind the nominee.

And if there are still some bitter-enders out there, they will be minimal in numbers.

Barack Obama is keeping his powder dry, but he will come out guns-a-blazing at the convention and have the 20,000 in attendance ready to run through brick walls to get the newly-minted Democratic nominee to victory.

Someone told me you could sing "Klobuchar" to the tune of "Baby Shark"

... and now I can't get it out of my head.

I don't care for Bloomberg. But Democrats need to learn to fight like he does.

I want his money used to keep kneecapping Trump.

But more than that, we need to be taking the gloves off and fighting Trump where it hurts Trump the most - his ego. Getting under Trump's skin forces Trump into stupid mistakes.

Bloomberg's people have figured this out.

And the rest of our candidates need to start fighting the battle that way too.

This election will be won in a landslide if we make it a referendum on Trump. I don't like that Bloomberg's people are the only ones who have figured that simple fact out so far.

Part of the reason I love Amy is that in the last couple debates, she steered almost every one of her answers into an attack on Trump. That's what we need to do.
