How is Richard Epstein still able to publish articles that aren't laughed into oblivion?

Below is a very interesting look back at the entire saga of NYU/Hoover Institute’s Richard Epstein weighing in on COVID19.

What is worse than his original horrendous writing is the fact that he and/or others at Hoover have tried diligently to hide just how pathetically bad his own original model was.

Has anyone on Twitter notices the recent rise in fake news the left is amplifying?

It is unnerving for me. Dems and others opposed to Trump have been very fact-based in their opposition. But last day or so public people I follow are starting to post garbage rumors like Trump is suddenly moving USN Comfort from NYC to Louisiana.

I sure hope we aren’t going to see more of 2016 with Russian trolls trying to spew misinformation.

China is undercounting, Florida is undercounting, many deaths aren't being reported as COVID19

In Spain, Italy, US and one would assume other countries where the pandemic has taken hold like Iran, France, etc the spike in deaths above average/typical deaths per week but which are not classified as COVID19 are likely CoVID.

With all of the noise due to lack of testing, spikes in the very ill and lack of hospital capacity plus sheer evil of governments trying to hide the true reach of this...it could be many years before the world gets a statistically valid and scientifically grounded estimate on just how many die in the COVID19 pandemic.

Ok. I am going to be a jerk here and present you a false choice

If you had to choose from these 2 options and had guarantees these 2 options would occur depending on 2020 election:

A)Trump wins second term but serves a life sentence in prison

B)Trump loses in 2020 but serves no time in prison

Which would you prefer?

Sanders has openly endorsed Biden. The Squad (AOC et al) can sit down

National politics This year is not about individual Dems holding the Dem Party hostage in their specific pet projects—it is about joining forces and GETTING THINGS DONE!

Nothing gets accomplished until GOP is in minority in the Senate and Trump is gone.
