White House Backs Pro-Herd Immunity Document Signed by Medical Experts Like 'Dr. I.P. Freely'

By Ken Meyer

It would appear the White House has embraced an open letter promoting herd immunity as a strategy for the coronavirus pandemic, even though the document is reportedly backed by at least some medical signatories who are obviously fake.

The GPD is an open letter that, according to its website, has been signed by approximately 448,000 concerned citizens, 9,500 medical and public health scientists, and 25,000 medical practitioners. The document argues that lockdowns have been detrimental to public health, that people less vulnerable to the virus should resume normal life, and that herd immunity is the preferable option for moving the world past the pandemic.

The website does not provide a list of who has signed on with the GPD, but Sky News reported recently that they found “dozens of fake names on the list of medical signatories, which anyone can add to if they tick a box and enter a name. These included Dr. I.P. Freely, Dr. Person Fakename and Dr. Johnny Bananas, who listed himself as a ‘Dr of Hard Sums.'”

Trump Tells Tightly-Packed White House Crowd Covid is 'Disappearing'

Trump Tells Tightly-Packed White House Crowd Covid is ‘Disappearing’ a Week After He and Slew of Others at White House Contract Covid

By Caleb Howe
Oct 10th, 2020

Speaking to a rally crowd on the South Lawn of the White House on Saturday, President Donald Trump said that Covid-19 is “going to disappear” and that it “is disappearing.”

“I want you to know our nation is going to defeat this terrible China virus, as we call it,” said President Trump from the balcony overlooking the south Lawn. “We’re producing powerful therapies and drugs and we’re healing the sick and we’re going to recover.”

Friday saw the highest daily increase in new cases in the United States since mid-September, according to data from Johns Hopkins, with over 57,000 new infections and a thousand deaths. It was the first time since August that new cases topped 50k for three consecutive days, so a sharp increase in the country rather than a decline.

“Through the power of the American – the American spirit, I think, more than anything else – science, medicine will eradicate the China virus once and for all,” said Trump. “It’s going to disappear, it is disappearing.”

Pittsburgh officials ask COVID-infected Trump to stay away from their city

Pittsburgh officials to Trump on campaign appearance: Stay home

PITTSBURGH — According to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman, the Trump campaign is considering traveling to Pittsburgh for a campaign event, not a rally, on Monday. President Donald Trump tested positive for coronavirus on Oct. 2, and since then at least 34 people tied to the White House have been infected by COVID-19, according to an internal memo from Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Pittsburgh’s biggest elected officials, both Democrats, are urging the Trump campaign to avoid Pittsburgh, especially given his recent COVID diagnosis.

Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald tweeted Wednesday night, saying “Thanks but no thanks” about the reported visit to Pittsburgh, and noted about Allegheny County’s ability to stem the spread of the virus after a spike this summer.

Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto also took to Twitter, quote tweeting the Haberman report and reminding followers that people should be quarantined for 14 days after they come into contact with someone who has coronavirus.

Trump attacks the FBI director on the same day they bust a right wing plot to kidnap a Dem governor

FBI Busts Militia Plot to Kidnap and Kill Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Violently Overthrow Government

The FBI busted a militia plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) and violently overthrow the state government, according to The Detroit News.

Those involved with the plot allegedly reached out to members of a Michigan militia, according to the federal affidavit filed Thursday.

At least six men are involved and were arrested on Wednesday night after the FBI and the Michigan State Police raided 24-year-old Ty Garbin’s home in Hartland for several hours.

“Several members talked about murdering ‘tyrants’ or ‘taking’ a sitting governor,” an FBI agent wrote in the affidavit. “The group decided they needed to increase their numbers and encouraged each other to talk to their neighbors and spread their message.”

Trump criticizes "disappointing" FBI director Christopher Wray

Washington — President Trump called FBI director Christopher Wray "disappointing" on Thursday, criticizing him for not doing more to investigate voter fraud, after Wray said there is no evidence of any coordinated fraud ahead of the election.

"He's been disappointing," Mr. Trump said about Wray in an interview with Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo. "He doesn't see the voting ballots as a problem."

Wray testified before Congress two weeks ago that the bureau has "not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it's by mail or otherwise."

Also, let's not forget about Trump's call to "liberate" Michigan....

Trump tweets 'liberate' Michigan

Lansing — President Donald Trump targeted Michigan, Minnesota and Virginia in tweets Friday calling for officials to "liberate" the states amid protests over stay-at-home orders aimed at stemming the spread of COVID-19.

Trump first tweeted "LIBERATE MINNESOTA!" Then, a minute later, the president tweeted "LIBERATE MICHIGAN!"

Minutes after that, he added in another message, "LIBERATE VIRGINIA, and save your great 2nd Amendment. It is under siege!"

Trump-supporting grandpa dies from COVID-19 after refusing to wear a mask and parroting Trump

He listened to Trump and didn’t wear a mask. He died just days before the president announced his COVID-19 diagnosis

By Janelle Nanos

Stephanie Landaverde did everything right. The 24-year-old bartender took all the precautions she could as the pandemic began its spread through Massachusetts. She wore a mask, kept to a small circle of family members, and after restaurants reopened, decided not to return to work in order to protect her vulnerable parents and grandparents, who were all immunocompromised.

But her 81-year-old grandfather, Juan Ciprian, was less cautious. He was a Trump supporter and refused to wear a mask, parroting the president’s statements about the virus not being a concern.

He died last week of COVID-19. His family received his ashes the day after Trump announced his diagnosis.

“It was horrible,” she said. “We found out that Trump tested positive the day before my grandfather was cremated. It brought some anger into our hearts.”

Pelosi: "I wouldn't go anywhere near the White House...it's one of the most dangerous places"

As President Donald Trump comes off of the coronavirus outbreak that infected him and his administration, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she has no interest in going to the White House right now.

Pelosi gave an interview to The View on Wednesday, during which Whoopi Goldberg brought up the reports saying the speaker hypothesized that Trump shut down coronavirus relief negotiations with Congress because he was mentally affected by his Covid-19 medication. This led to Goldberg asking when was the last time Pelosi spoke to Trump, and would she consider getting on the phone or going to the White House.

“I wouldn’t go anywhere near the White House,” Pelosi answered. “It’s one of the most dangerous places in the country, both in terms of the assault that it makes on truth as well as health.”

She's Concerned Again! Susan Collins Calls Trump Stimulus Announcement 'A Huge Mistake'

President Donald Trump’s surprise announcement about stopping stimulus negotiations until after the election sent shockwaves through DC, and even concerned some Republicans.

Senator Susan Collins put out a statement saying, “Waiting until after the election to reach an agreement on the next Covid-19 relief package is a huge mistake. I have already been in touch with the Secretary of the Treasury, one of the chief negotiators, and with several of my Senate colleagues.”

Trump's Covid-19 hospitalization appears to have really helped Biden in the polls.
