My skin crawled when ex-Pres. Trump introduced Brett Kavanaugh as his nominee for SCOTUS, so I apologize for showing it here.
If any DUer excels at lip reading, please assist.
At approximately five minutes in to the below link, does Brett Kavanaugh say to his children: "C'mon, look happy," as he pats them nervously?
That entire episode did not sit well with me. I understand nervousness and such, but my Spidey Sense was tingling like crazy that day.

A Los Angeles 17-year-old who ran over a mother walking her baby in a stroller in 2021 was gunned down in Palmdale, CA. After pleading guilty to hit-and-run, the driver was sentenced to a few months in a diversionary camp.
