Jack Smith wins as court turns down appeal to keep Trump Twitter records secret

Jack Smith wins as court turns down appeal to keep Trump Twitter records secret

Special counsel Jack Smith will have access to Donald Trump's Twitter account, a court has ruled.

A split panel of D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals judges ruled against X's effort to appeal Smith's search warrant. X is the social media network formally known as Twitter.

Conservative judges on the court disagreed on the grounds that Trump was denied the opportunity to argue he had presidential immunity against charges related to election subversion.

AGAIN, why should the holder of the country's HIGHEST office be immune for doing s----- that would land any one of US in jail?

A Headline That Pretty Much Tells It Like It Is

Insurrectionist Charged With 91 Felony Counts, Currently Out On Bail, Wins Iowa GOP Caucus - Wonkette
Let's finally admit who these people are.

Iowa Republicans poked democracy in the eye Monday when they overwhelmingly embraced a rapist who incited an attack against Congress so he could illegally remain in office. These people looked at all the other terrible Republicans running and picked the guy with the mugshot.

The Iowa caucus was called for disgraced former [guy] and admitted foreign asset Donald Trump about a half hour after it started.

Although Republicans and an enabling media might refer to the caucus winner as “President Trump,” he officially stopped squatting in the Oval Office three years ago. During that time, he’s been on trial for defamation and fraud while also racking up 91 felony charges in four separate criminal investigations. Yet somehow Democrats are “soft on crime” because we don’t support summarily executing migrants or the homeless.

Donald Trump: more than just a 'pageant creep' - a SELF CONFESSED molester, accused of and/or found guilty of...

... sexual assault and RAPE (as per the E. Jean Carroll case) . And there's much more to the above.

Miss Teen USA contestants (1997)

Mariah Billado, Miss Vermont Teen USA, is one of five women to mention such a dressing room visit incident in 1997. Billado said of the visit: "I remember putting on my dress really quick, because I was like, 'Oh my god, there's a man in here.' Trump, she recalled, said something like, 'Don't worry, ladies, I've seen it all before.'" Billado recalled talking to Ivanka, Trump's daughter, who responded "Yeah, he does that."

His own daughter? "Yeah, he does that"?? EWWWW.

And remember THIS?

The lawsuit accusing Trump of raping a 13-year-old girl, explained
The anonymous plaintiff dropped her lawsuit against Trump, the circumstances around which have been bizarre.

Orange Beelzelbub Falsely Claims FBI and 'Antifa' were 'leading the charge' in his Capitol Insurrection

You can't MAKE this kind of s------ up. But Trump sure can. And DOES:

Trump falsely claims FBI and Antifa were ‘leading the charge’ in Capitol attack - The Independen via Yahoo

Ahead of the third anniversary of the January 6 Capitol riot, former [GUY] Trump baselessly cast blame on Antifa and the FBI as the main proponents of the attack.

“By the way, there was Antifa, there was FBI, there were a lot of other people there too leading the charge,” ...Trump said at a rally in Sioux, Center Iowa on Friday, 5 January.

... Trump also said at the campaign event that he believed the audience on January 6, 2021 was the “biggest crowd, I believe, I ever spoke to—you never hear about that do you?”

He then turned to “the hostages” ... referring to those arrested and charged for their actions on January 6. “The J6 hostages, I call them. Nobody’s been treated ever in history so badly as those people,” he said.

Way to Go, Joe! 'America's recovery is the envy of the world': Experts praise latest jobs numbers

'America’s recovery is the envy of the world': Experts praise latest jobs numbers

America’s strong post-COVID economic recovery continues to stun experts, as employers added 216,000 jobs in December, strongly surpassing expectations of just 175,000 new jobs. Unemployment held steady at 3.7%, making it the 23rd month in a row where unemployment was below 4%. A 5% unemployment rate is considered “full employment,” so for nearly two years the U.S. economy has been doing substantially better on that front.

It’s not just that more Americans are employed, but wages are rising as well. “Average hourly wages rose 4.1% from a year earlier, up from a 4% gain in November,” ABC News reported, noting, “average hourly pay has outpaced inflation over the past year, leaving Americans with more money to spend. Indeed, as they did for much of 2023, consumers, a huge engine for U.S. economic growth, hit the stores in November, shopped online, went out to restaurants or traveled.”

As wages and payrolls expand, inflation has tumbled, from a recent high of 9.1% in June of 2022, to just 3.1%.
