It's common to see one large bull stand in the road and hold up traffic until the whole group gets to the other side.

What you don't want is to ever turn your back on one, you could get flung.

As opposed to meandering. If you turn off your headlights, they will be less likely to end up stopped in front of your vehicle. They also like to see your eyes when they walk by your car slowly.

Cool shot, hope they get to replace that bridge this year, it's about to fall into the river.

Though if I was in one of those cars, I'd be kinda nervous...

But I'd be impressed by the experience in retrospect!

Otherwise, I can just hear the conversation with the insurance company: "Well, you know, I was just driving in Yellowstone Park, minding my own business, when out of the blue comes this stampede of bison"!

came into the camp & I got about 5 feet away and took a picture. Now that was not the brightest move, I will admit, but we stared at each other, and then we both existed that area. Now where is that picture? I haven't got a clue.
