One of the characters refers, endearingly, to another as "Meathead". It, of course, starts as an insult, but becomes a TOE for several seasons.

I adore Rob Reiner. I also think he should embrace "Meathead". But if he really hates it that much, I guess I can reluctantly agree to stop using it.
