Unfamiliar places and faces cause them a lot of stress. They get angry and confused easily.
If rump is really in the early to mid stages of some form of dementia, this will push to extremes.
This will not end well, even if they keep the groups he interacts with small and short. He can't pay attention to long meetings. He needs sound bites and lots of rest.
This is absolutely the wrong place and format for him to get anything accomplished. It can't possibly be a working meeting.
It certainly isn't a conspiracy session. Ryan and company would walk right out. Half the room will be wearing a wire.
