Maybe it'll come up for debate. And maybe that's what all this is about....tv time on their soapboxes (both sides), for campaign purposes, since this is an election year.
Article I read said it was the 10 Democrats running for reelection in red states that pushed Schumer to do this and end the shutdown. They were panicking.
