I think you're correct about the main charges. An I agree with you about treason (a very specific crime and hard to prosecute) and collusion (which is not a crime).

Conspiracy is another matter, however. Trump conspired with many people to engage in many unlawful acts. Remember, it only takes two people to conspire.
