24. Not only for 20 year employees

All employees will be getting some bonus, just not the full 1000.00, that seems to be the max for employees that have been there for the 20 years.
They are also raising the minimum wage, which what this op is asking for, so its seems that Walmart, is doing what this op is calling for.
