I console myself with the thought of Trumpfinger being sucked out of the window of his own plane at 35,000 feet while Ivanka Galore desperately reads "How to Fly" in the cockpit. (I know Mythbusters proved it wouldn't really happen that way, but it's the thought that counts.)
