That's what he's used to as a businessman. That's all he knows - the CEO whose word is absolute and who can hire and fire at will without having to answer to anyone. He's the CEO, so everybody else has to answer to him. And he likes firing people who serve him. As the self-anointed king he fancies himself to be.

One more time - a President of the United States is the top PUBLIC SERVANT in the United States. The President works for US. It's not the other way around! And he is hard-wired not to get that - at all.
