Depending on what Trump ends up doing.

A contract can be perfectly legal and enforceable, but if one party breaches and the other doesn't enforce it, it may as well not have existed.

Stormy was smart and got herself a very good lawyer and they've put Trump in a difficult box. If he either says that he signed another copy of the contract or claims it doesn't matter that he didn't sign it for the reasons you noted, and then tries to enforce it against her, he's publicly admitting that he entered into a non-disclosure agreement with a porn star in which she promised not to talk about all manner of sexual encounters and other issues she is aware of. Therefore, he would be admitting that he did have sex with her, which will result in all kinds of butthurt for him - even discounting the idiots who give him a pass on everything, he'll endure some real political damage.

If, on the other hand, he doesn't want to do that, and claims he had nothing to do with the contract, he'll just have to keep his mouth shut and not sue her if she talks. It will be as if the contract never existed and she'll be able to keep the money AND sing like a bird.

Either way, Stormy and her lawyer have him in a tough spot.
