I understand your thought and it is probably correct. Some sickos will be encouraged. But, the fame and news coverage that comes along now is already enough to encourage them.

I think we have arrived at the time the public needs to see the carnage to get the outrage high enough it cannot be tamped down with "thoughts and prayers" rhetoric.
