...it would be orders of magnitude harder to repeat that feat, no matter how richly his successor deserved it.

It's also worth remembering that if that culling extended as far as the Top 4 - a task beyond Herculean - the line of succession reaches Orrin Hatch. Orrin F'ing Hatch is the one who the free world would have to pin its hopes on???

A politician who would or should make liberals throw up in their mouths a little is who you'd have to HOPE FOR, and a gargantuan long shot, at that?
