and tend to feed at the Federal trough, while the Blue States supply the feed is due to providence and culture? Is this why Romney has chosen to buy houses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and California instead of Mississippi or Alabama? Is this a line of argument Romney really wants to pursue?

Oh, I see he had his fingers crossed behind his back when he spoke about providence and culture so it didn't count.
