Talbert Wesley Swan, II (born April 24, 1965) is an American prelate of the Church Of God In Christ serving as the Bishop of the Nova Scotia Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, in Canada. The Church Of God In Christ (COGIC) is a Pentecostal-Holiness Christian denomination with a predominantly African-American membership with more than 12,000 churches and over 6.5 million members in the United States.
