The room is filled with union members who all voted for Trump. In years past, they were Bill Clinton supporters, many drifted away under Obama, and there was open contempt for Hillary. I can tell you its because they feel the democratic party walked away from them.

Trump comes along and shows concern for their jobs and lifestyle and locks up their votes. They love the guy and seem to connect with him.

Figure out how to speak to this group, and they will return to their demcratic roots.
