Why abolish an arm of an agency that seems to be intercepting ivory and acting to reduce the ivory trade?

Sure, abolish the thug arms of the agency, like ICE and anyone who acted to abduct the children without protest.

I think there is more explanation of your aims and reasoning that would bear seeing the light of day.
