Would make abortion illegal for poor women in red states. Most states would keep it legal, and anyone who could afford to go to a nearby state (or Canada if necessary) could still get the procedure.
Planned Parenthood has already discussed a fund and procedures to allow women who cant afford it tonget transportation to a nearby state if needed.
