A fetus is a person. Therefore, abortion is murder. Therefore, both the doctor and patient are guilty of premeditated murder deserving of the death penalty.

I fully expect Roe to be overturned. When it does, half the States will prosecute woman for attempted murder for even seeking an abortion. Doctors performing an abortion and woman receiving the treatment will receive the death penalty. It seems inevitable.

The only hope is that when people realize what it really means to overturn Roe, there will be a backlash in the states. Maybe not much of a hope but it's all I see.

Overturning Roe would mean only that the states could regulate abortion The Velveteen Ocelot Jun 2018 #1
