AMERICA is the country now held captive by the Russians. Thanks to the Russians’ new BFF.

Those Russians are geniuses with some of their dog leashes, y’know. They’ve invented one that the wearer doesn’t even feel! Not even when it’s securely strapped around his neck and the attached harness binds him tightly at the shoulders and around underneath the armpits. Even then, the wearer doesn’t notice he’s got it on!
