In reply to the discussion: John Kerry's scathing tweet on Trump's actions today at the NATO summit [View all]karynnj
(59,501 posts)17. Well. he did an interview with Andrea Mitchell a few weeks ago

He was on at various other times when Trump was destroying the Iran deal and pulling out of the Paris Accord. He was excellent in all these appearances - on various Sunday shows. As always, well spoken and well informed on the topics.
He also was at a Matha's Vineyard event where the Final Year was shown and he then spoke to people. (https://www.mvtimes.com/2018/07/09/john-kerry-fight/ and https://vineyardgazette.com/news/2018/07/08/john-kerry-strikes-upbeat-note-urges-activism )

OP
However, from someone like President Obama, Kerry etc - twitter remains a way to get their response

The ignorance on display in the responses to his excellent tweet is just unbelievable.

I don't see it anywhere as an op-ed, but there are articles quoting it as a "statement"

I would suggest that a man who spent 28 years in the Senate is more likely to know
