2. I read somewhere yesterday, I think on Twitter, that one of his attorneys talked to the FBI.

Speculation by legal experts on Twitter is that this attorney is cooperating with the FBI. They think Manafort will have additional witness tampering and/or obstruction charges levied against him as a result of his attorney cooperating with authorities.
