Couldn't tell but then I'm not great at such things and who cares anyway. Kept him on the phone about 10 minutes jacking with him. He said he was located in Arizona with the fraud division of Microsoft. I couldn't help myself I laughed a little at that. Then I held the phone a little at from myself and said loud enough for him to hear, "Is that long enough Agent Smiley? Do you have him located yet?".
