is a finding by the appropriate tribunal that there is or is not conspiracy. Have to get all that evidence to in front of a court, congress etc. that will give the Pig his due process and make an honest assessment.

Currently that is not going to happen, the investigation is not complete and the moral cowards in the GOP caucus won't touch impeachment of the Pig with ten foot pole.
