He jumped on the hood of the car.....I guess it could have been some sort of performance art (that everybody hates) but, that's just crazy stuff. It's just not normal for anybody to jump on the hood of someone's car just because the owner of the car won't give them their phone number. It just doesn't happen a lot...that's why this story is news.
