You have to be MIND-NUMBING, ACHINGLY STUPID to do what Dotard did....he could have just kept to himself, his golf courses, his money-laundering properties and maybe, just maybe, flown under the radar. Instead, he chose to put a giant bulls-eye on himself and his RICO family.

The only explanation probably lies in his tax returns. He owes the Ruskies LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
And like the mob, Putin WILL get paid back. One way or another.
