12. I don't think the center chimney has a screen and there are 3 flues on it.

That would be a good place to start. Good timing, too, since we're about to be replacing roof shingles near the chimney. Maybe the sudden increase in bats is why our mosquito population has decreased significantly despite the wet weather. Good things come in small packages??
