Slurring his words. Wobbling around in his chair. Glassy eyed, red faced. Belligerent and defensive. Crying at the strangest times (I honestly thought his dad had died recently, since he kept pausing and sniffling every time he mentioned him. The dude is alive and was sitting not more than five feet away!)

Let me put it this way: If this is how he acts when he's supposedly stone cold sober, can you imagine how he acts when he DOES drink? Like the man says, "he likes beer".
