It's like the old saying, "People get the government they deserve."

Apathy is what gave us Trump. Even with Russian hacking and interference, the Democrats would have won by a landslide, if a majority of left-leaning people had voted.

There are actually more people who self-identify as Democrats than Republicans. But Republicans are more reliable voters. Maybe not by a lot. But enough, it seems.
