were not delivered through regular mail.
As I understand it, contractors are sometimes/often used for delivery.
Or it could have been individuals that delivered the packages.
I think the investigators don't want to give away all that they know regarding the bombs' delivery.
Sorry I can't be specific about who made the comment re delivery not being the US mail.
I normally watch NBC, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS. It could have been any of those networks.
