My first thought is yes he had help.

The labels on the packages, where did they originate? Don't look like the ones from a self service postal machine. Home computer?

Unless he's got a super duper mad genius set up in that van where were the bombs assembled? Mommy's house?

If only he'd lived down by the river we could resurrect that old Chris Farley "Live in a van, down by the river" character.
