4. Just look at Minnesota

It has 8 districts and until this evening, five were D, three R. Now, with some rural districts only 20% reporting, it appears that Minnesota will have only 3 D. The Twin City Metro area.

I hope that as more districts report something will change, but do not hold my breath.
