18. I Used Patches For A Month

I kept Tootsie Roll Pops around so I had something to do with my hands & to put in my mouth. Plus there was a Tootsie Roll payoff in the middle. It helped me a lot.

I think the big thing was making up my mind to do it. Good luck!
