3. I don't know that or whether they are allowed off-camp. Active duty in peaceful host countries

can go off base, fraternize, pursue normal civilian activities, even wear civilian clothes. This whole situation with this misuse of them is that they appear to be more interned than the non-arriving immigrants.

Just think, yesterday veterans were feted with meals and such at businesses like the Golden Corral and these personnel are in a field just outside of town. As long as they don't do Herr SHITLER salutes, they aren't to blame.
