Very civilized.
Collecting absentee ballots by rogue forces should be abolished.

A lot of employers do everything to make it hard for their employees to vote.

Government employees or corporate employees who are working overseas should be able to vote.

So, let's see. Colorado has gone to all mail-in ballots (though there are same day polling spots)

In NY it's been restricted for a while-- only certain excuses are valid for absentee ballots...

In Virginia, early in-person voting is subject to the same limitations as absentee
