47. What kind of lowlife scum shoots at a woman and 4 girls...

between the ages of 6 & 15?

My heart goes out to all of the loved ones of Jasmine but especially the ones who were in the car and will have to deal with this trauma and murder the rest of their lives.

I hope they find the murderer quickly and that justice is done.

RIP little one.
