32. Right. The only way a R goes against Trump is to protect his back side

They have no morals or ethics. They will only act against Trump when they see Trump as a liability.

I read somewhere that Trump has been merging the GOP Presidential Campaigns, Congressional Campaigns, and the RNC into one entity. Forcing existing Republican Senators and Congresspersons to bow to him to get money and support. If that holds, no Republican will defect from Trump, no matter what kind of beating the party takes at the polls.

Their only option is to quit. We've already seen a rash of Republicans quitting before the 2018 election. I think, with only a handful of exceptions, all Republicans in office now are fully wedded to Trump.
